      RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY


CLAIMS FOR BREAKAGES / DAMAGES IN TRANSIT / SHORTAGES


Carriers must be informed of breakages, damage or shortages at the time of delivery. Please provide us with confirmation of any breakages, damage  or shortages within 5 days of the delivery, either by post, fax or e-mail.


REFUND POLICY

 

online-equine.co.uk will provide a full refund if goods delivered are different to those ordered, and are not required, or if the carrier fails to deliver the goods due to their own failings or loss of the shipment, or a full or pro rata refund if goods have been broken, damaged or partially lost in transit.
If incorrect or damaged goods are delivered, we will ask for them to be returned, at our expense, prior to the refund being issued.
All refunds will be provided as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of the agreement to refund . Refunds will not be issued for goods that have been opened or  used prior to their return .


RETURNS


We will accept returns, and give full refunds on, goods ordered but subsequently found not to be required, where the goods have not been used,  opened or damaged. Shipping costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can only refund you on safe receipt of the goods into our hands.

Please note that online-equine.co.uk is unable to offer refunds on the return of any safety equipment ordered – for instance, riding hats and helmets and body protectors. Please therefore ensure that, if you are purchasing these items online, you are absolutely certain of your size, model etc .
