The Belvoir Tack Conditioner is designed to be used after "Step 1" Belvoir Tack Cleaner. It is a pure quality soap formulated from vegetable oils, including coconut oil and glycerine. Use this tack conditioner to condition, and protect saddlery leather. The result is supple leather with a rich, glossy, quality finish, achieved with minimal effort.
