TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions so that you can be sure of all your rights as an online-equine.co.uk customer, wherever you live in the world.

i)

DESPATCH TIMES
Goods are despatched as quickly as possible, once we have received  cleared funds. If you are paying by cheque, please allow time for your cheque to arrive by post, and for your bank to clear your cheque. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order promptly, we will notify you by e-mail, and you will be entitled to a full refund on any item or items that we are unable to despatch. Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to your credit card; payments by cheque, postal order or money order will be refunded by cheque.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Your delivery charge is based on the weight and destination of your goods.

Delivery will be free of charge for goods valued at £300 or over despatched to a UK Mainland address.

If the weight of your goods is higher than the maximum weight in our standard shipping calculation chart,  the website will advise you and ask you to contact us to discuss shipping cost and method.

LIABILITY

Whilst online-equine.co.uk offers a wide range of products in a variety of different categories, and whilst our  staff will, if contacted by you by e-mail, telephone or fax, offer you the best advice that they are able to in respect of your enquiry, online-equine.co.uk cannot accept liability or  responsibility for the success or otherwise of any particular product in any particular application, and no refund will be issued should you advise us that use of a particular product purchased from online-equine.co.uk has not accomplished the desired effect on a horse.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Neither online-equine.co.uk nor its servants, agents or suppliers can accept any liability for loss or damage, consequential or otherwise, however caused, arising out of the use of any products sold or in respect of any particular application.

CLAIMS FOR BREAKAGES/DAMAGES IN TRANSIT/SHORTAGES
Carriers must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. Please provide us with confirmation of these breakages or shortages within 5 days of the delivery, either by post, fax or e-mail.

REFUND POLICY

online-equine.co.uk will provide a full refund if goods delivered are different to those ordered, and are not required, or if the carrier fails to deliver the goods due to their own failings or loss of the shipment, or if goods have been damaged in transit.
If incorrect or damaged goods are delivered, we will ask for them to be returned, at our expense, prior to the refund being issued.
All refunds will be provided as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of the agreement to refund. Refunds will not be issued for goods that have been opened or  used prior to their return.

RETURNS
We will accept returns and give full refunds where the product has not been used,  opened or damaged. Shipping costs in this case will normally be at your expense, and we can only credit you on safe receipt of the goods into our hands.

Please note that online-equine.co.uk is unable to offer refunds on the return of any safety equipment ordered – for instance, riding hats and helmets and body protectors. Please therefore ensure that, if you are purchasing these items online, you are absolutely certain of your size, model etc.

ix)

VALUE ADDED TAX

Goods are sold inclusive of UK VAT @ 17.5% where applicable. The amount of VAT included in your goods and delivery charge will be shown on your Order Acknowledgement/Invoice.

If you have an EU VAT No., please e-mail us with it at the same time as your order and we will refund the VAT charged.

DUTY - if goods are being purchased from outside the EU, any duty payable on the goods on entry into your country is the responsibility of  you, the customer.

PRIVACY POLICY
We guarantee that we do not pass on any information given to us by our customers to other organisations. We are required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 to follow tight security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information provided to us by our customers.
The personal details that you do supply are for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order efficiently and to allow us to offer you an enjoyable service that matches your needs.
Your name and e-mail address will be added to our E-Mail list if , in the course of registering an account with online-equine.co.uk,  you do not uncheck the box at the bottom of the form. This E-mail list will be used from time to time to advise you of Special Offers, New Products, events etc. You are free to unsubscribe from this list at any time, either by contacting us, or by going to ‘Edit Your Account’

SECURE ON-LINE TRANSACTIONS
All online-equine.co.uk transactions take place in a safe 'firewalled' environment provided by Worldpay, using the latest security technology. We do not store any credit card or personal details on line.

PRICE

Prices of all products are subject to change without notice. The price payable by you is the price listed on online-equine.co.uk at the time you place your order.
